Process
Home Survey - Initially, our designer will visit your home and take all the measurements needed to design a layout. They'll talk with you about your tastes, likes, dislikes, lifestyle and requirements to get a feel for the kind of room you want to achieve. You may have very definite ideas, or you may be looking for inspiration. Either way, our designer will help in any way they can.
Design & Plan - In the showroom, our designer will create a layout on our 3D colour computer system, based on your specific measurements and initial discussions. You can then experiment with different layouts, options and styles to see what suits you best and you'll have a colour copy and quote to take away with you.
Installation - You may wish to organise installation yourself... but you will need to project manage a team of fitters, plumbers, tilers, joiners, electricians and plasterers!
If you'd rather, we will organise installation for you, using our own team of master installers. All our fitters are trained, qualified professionals, skilled in every aspect of installation.
Home Check - For customers who use our installation service, our Installation Manager will call round within 14-days of your room being finished to ensure you're completely satisfied. Then, all that's left for you to do is enjoy!
