Process
Palmers Custom Conservatories Ltd is a family-run business and Clive Whiting, the business owner, is actively involved in customers' enquiries and installations.
The process from receiving your enquiry to completing your conservatory or window installation follows a typical pattern:
- You request a brochure from Palmers or visit us in our Nottingham showroom. We answer any queries you have and help you develop your initial ideas.
- You contact Palmers and arrange a convenient time for a home visit by Clive.
- We visit your home to look at the available land, offer advice, discuss your requirements and offer suggestions for what will work best for you.
- We generate a quote for you and invite you to our showroom so we can explain everything that's involved. We include all aspects of the work as part of our service to you. This can include all electrical requirements, TV ariels and sockets, damp-proofing, tiling and carpeting.
- You decide whether you wish to place your order. No-one at Palmers is paid commission for making a sale, so our only interest is in helping you make the best choice for your home.
- When you place your order, we project manage the entire operation for you. We have a trusted team of plumbers, electricians, painters, plasterers and tilers as well as landscaping, carpeting, blinds and air conditioning specialists. Many of our team have worked for us for over 10-years and they understand the high quality levels we work to!
- Throughout the installation, Clive will make regular visits and liaise with you closely to ensure that everything proceeds according to plan.
- When the installation is complete, we remove the protective tarpaulins and tidy up the work area. We always leave a site exactly as we found it.
As Palmers is a registered FENSA member, FENSA may contact you to make a post-installation check on our work. This is important as it demonstrates our commitment to quality and craftmanship and provides you with the assurance that Palmers will complete a first-class job for you.
